POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides critical support for the Transfer Articulation team and Freshman (FTIC) Processing. The incumbent serves as a versatile hybrid role coordinating application processing and providing high-level student support. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison for select (OPM) undergraduate academic programs (e.g., Health Sciences, MLT-MLS, RN-BSN) and acting as the primary department liaison for Public Health and RN-BSN programs. Duties involve high-volume data entry for transcripts and test scores, residency assistance, student support, and occasional communication support via the Admissions and Transfer email inboxes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization or high school diploma with 2 years experience in an administrative/office role.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Knowledge of State of Florida Department of Education rules, Florida Statutes, and FERPA is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience in an admissions or student records environment.
