POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY:

The college is building a pool of adjuncts for the online RN to BSN program teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Holds at least the master's degree in an appropriate specialization or the equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree in Nursing or related field. Experience in an acute acute care setting, community health, pediatrics, or mental health nursing. Experience supervising pre-licensure students preferred. A clear unencumbered Florida RN License, compact RN license preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Experience teaching BSN students in the online setting.
