POSITION OVERVIEW

JOB SUMMARY:

The Department of Movement Sciences and Health is seeking qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach in the following fields, Exercise Science, Physical Education, Health Promotion, Athletic Training, and Sport Coaching.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Doctorate or Master’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field of specialization and qualified to perform assigned duties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s or doctorate degree in an appropriate field of specialization or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. The ideal candidate will be flexible and creative with experience teaching in both face-to-face and online learning environments. Certifications/licenses such as Athletic Training, CSCS, ACSM, CHES, or physical education teacher may be required depending on the course(s) taught.

  • This position requires a criminal background screen.
